Fucking internet is going slow. I don't know what's going on.
Technically, it's not going that slow. Internet pages load maybe 10-20% slower than usual (it varies- for example, this site is only 5% slower). But... YouTube? You've got to be kidding. You could wait a minute and it won't even load 20 seconds.
I haven't tried any other video sites yet but I don't need to because I can see other pages and sites are indeed moving a lot slower. And this has been going on for almost 10 minutes and it's the weekend now, so this is when I want to be using my free time to watch videos.
Just tried another video site and... it's been a minute loading one page and nothing, absolutely nothing, is coming up. Yeah, it's getting slower by the minute.
I am NOT FUCKING HAPPY. This literally has never happened to me. Ever. Not in over 4 years having high-speed internet. And I checked the other computer too- it's definitely the internet. Not just this computer.

I see dollar signs, lots of greenbacks too. Disappearing before our eyes, Obamacare got through. And I think to myself; what a tax-driven world! www.motherjones.com/mojo/2012/06/obamacare-supreme-court-regular-americansBe honest: do you just hate ppaca because conservatives tell you to? the only reason they are telling you to hate is because it's a major point of obama's presidency. if it failed to pass, they could more easily say he's done nothing.

Again, why do you guys assume I'm being forced to believe things and "fed" information? I'm old enough and mature enough to hear both sides and come to a firm agreement with no help at all. I watch an equal amount of Fox News (Conservative) and CNN (Liberal). I read both Newsmax (Conservative) and... pretty much everything else (Liberal). I like both Sean Hannity (Conservative) and Bill Maher (Liberal). I've read a lot about Obamacare and simply think it's a bad idea. I believe health care is a person's responsibility. Not the government's.

Really? Then do you also believe the power of prayer will ensure you never suddenly incur massive blunt trauma in an accident, get hit by a drunk driver, or keep your house or your entire street from being ravaged by a flood or tornado? Do you believe others then should rely on luck to keep them safe from disease, illness, and accidents caused by others?
It's like this: if the majority don't have a more affordable health care option, nobody deserves health care at all. Don't listen to conservatives- this is not about 25% of the country not being able to afford health care, it's much more like 80%. More if you consider people with insurance whose insurance doesn't pay enough and their hospital and assorted medical bills total in the 6 figure range.
Also, don't listen to conservatives because they don't care about most Americans. They are the party that has long since stood for "fuck 'em if they're not me." And there isn't a single conservative pundit on the political talk scene - and that goes for print as well - who doesn't play the game of apathy and elitism. Just listen to the stuff that usually comes out of Steve. Giving me (and I doubt I'm alone here) the impression that you really believe the majority of Americans (be it 75 or even 60%) are opportunistic spongers or robotic beggers with their hands out for free money.
Other countries make universal health care work. There is NO EXCUSE for why we can't and, even with Republicans being such scum, not a good reason either.

Not the government's. sean hannity and bill maher are not credible news sources. maher picks and choses what news will make a funny joke, and hannity is just another fox news liar. do you also believe police and firefighters should be a persons responsibility, not the governments? ppaca is an important step for this country towards universal heathcare. it helps the poor and needy who are unable to provide for themselves in the minefield that is privatized medicine. idiots like hannity try to paint obama as the next hitler for doing this and use scary words like "socialism" to try to get the masses to turn on him. it's pathetic really to see a politician do something resembling a good act and the elite conservative media, made up of multi-millionaires, try to trick the guy making $20,000 a year into thinking we're the cccp. and it really doesnt matter where you get your news from. if youre actually listening to guys like hannity then your mind has been tainted enough and what you think obamacare is isn't really obamacare. romney got booed when he said he would repeal it. its what the people want and need.

I'll make this response short and brief, so as you guys won't already think any less of me. From what I've personally heard, I believe Obamacare is a bad idea. Here me out (and not all this information I've garnered from Fox News, which, to you guys is the anti-Christ of Television, a lot of it is from scattered sources on the internet, CNN, Newsmax, etc). The trick to this reform is no one knows how good or bad it actually is until it has been around for a few years. I think the idea is good; the idea that all Americans will be covered by some sort of healthcare. But I think that this really isn't the best time to be financing such a horribly expensive act, that could very well become unsustainable in future years. I too hear that those who can not afford the healthcare plans the government creates (can't think of when they'll be released) will be given an allowance from the government. Who is paying for that and how can we afford it?
I see Obamacare as something that will cost the American people a helluva lot of money and will immediately birth poor care for citizens. It will continue to push new taxes on people that will be horribly expensive to the public, and right now, that's not the best and brightest thing to do to the American people. But, who knows? I'll find out if I'm wrong or right in three years or so.
Also, I'm kind of tired as being ostracized as "the little kid who is playing for the bad team." Every time I open my mouth, make a joke, or try and respond to an issue, I'm greeted with criticism saying I don't know what I'm talking about, I'm being misled, I'm being spoonfed, etc. It's tiresome. And when did I ever say that many people were "opportunistic spongers or robotic beggers with their hands out for free money?" Never. I made one or two comments about how I believe people need to be self-reliant and not immediately ask for handouts or welfare upon being laid off, and again, I'm the insane nut-bar who is playing for the minority team. Not to mention, being told a number of times that I've been "lied to" and my mind has been tainted by news commentators.
