Auntie Edna, as a short, doesn't give us any real insight to Edna and Jack-Jack's closeness. It's a sound and light show, for the most part, with the humor stemming from Jack-Jack's rambunctiousness in shapeshifting, cloning himself, and driving Edna batty as she tries to study the extent of his superpowers. The visuals are superb. The rest, from story to level of significance, is pedestrian. Don't pretend this, in and of itself, is superior to Incredibles 2. You look foolish.
