The Simpsons, no fucking contest. The show isn't as good as it was now, but it's still better than family Guy is. the season 3-8 era of the Simpsons will never be topped by Family Guy

Actually, most seasons of The Simpsons will never be matched by Family Guy. Although... the best FG's are probably better than the worst TS's. Episodes, that is.

Every episode of Family Guy is easily better than any shit out garbage on the show American Dad that sits on Animation Domination for no fucking reason.

American Dad's had its moments. The "Lincoln Lover" episode, for one. But for the most part, it doesnt even come close to The Simpsons and still Family Guy is better than it.

I could go on and on about how Family Guy rips off about 20 Simpsons characters but isn't this thread about which one is better?

???But what about the Family Guy spinoff show. The Clevend Show I think that show has it's moments but Family Guy isn't just the same without Peter's best friend who works in a Deli our friend Clevend Brown I hope he dosen't get cancelled!

I never watched it regularly. The Simpsons is God among animated comedies obviously, but Family Guy is usually subpar. American Dad actually improved after a horrible first season. I can't say it never fell back into its' awful old patterns, but it's a far more original starting concept than the show it spun off from.

One of my favorites in the world of The Simpsons is probably the episode Marge Be Not Proud where Bart shoplifts the "Bone-Storm" game from the store and Marge is all upset. That one and probably another one would be the episode from Season 17, Kiss Kiss, Ban Bangladore where Homer takes a trip to India.

That one and probably another one would be the episode (too from Season 7) Kiss Kiss, Ban Bangladore where Homer takes a trip to India. Marge Be Not Proud was amazing! But the India episode was from season 17 not 7.

Another one not too far off would be The 138th Episode Spectacular.

You know-I really need to get those Simpsons sets. At least up 'til somewhere around 1999-2000 (whichever season had the episode where Flanders dated the movie star and started having religious-themed nightmare-hallucinations of sinking into immorality). Then, I'll rent and decide what I want from there.
