I have nothing against Apple. They are on top of their game now, but so was Myspace at one point. And Blockbuster. Times change, in twenty years, what will be around. Apple might be gone. Myspace and Blockbuster were inherently flawed and bad companies. People only used until there was a clear better option (Netflix and Facebook). Both of those companies are also focused on one thing: social networking and video rentals. Once they were outgunned in those categories, they had nothing. The only place Apple is getting beat out is in the computer territory. There are tons of competitors for MP3 players and Tablets, but no one can touch them. They have the ideas, and have the balls and cash to execute them. They have a devoted enough fanbase who will snatch up everything they will make, and people like me who will pay attention to what they will be doing and occasionally give them a shot. They haven't grabbed me, and I'm proud. I don't need to spend over a grand on new technology from them every year. I have an outdated iPod, I think it's third generation, 30GB, or something like that. I've never been one to care if my things are outdated. I bought a Blu-Ray player because I liked the idea, it was around my birthday, and I had the money. So I did. I'm not being a 3D TV because I think those are ridiculous.
