I believe we've had a thread like this before, but this one is the official thread where you can say/discuss your favorite film. Just post a picture of it, and explain why it is. As I've mentioned before, when I saw Clerks for the first time, I fell in love. For me, it was everything I needed in a film - relatable protagonists, an under-used setting (you see that in a lot of my favorite films), a main character like me, excellent dialog, storytelling that flows like water, and a splendid soundtrack of alternative tracks. The more I watch Clerks, the more I get it. The more I get the adult jokes I was clueless about when I was younger. Like when Dante and Veronica are talking about how to make the opposite sex achieve orgasm - I thought when Dante said "Making a man come" meant making them coming after you like chasing you. I was eight when I first watched this, and now, being seven years older, I pretty much know all there is to know about sex, attraction, dating, and everything - so I think. I can go on and on about my undying love for this film, but I've covered the main points. It's just an excellent film in every way possible. It achieves everything it has to be an amazing, memorable, unforgettable comedy. I see it more than just a stoner film.

Perfect example of right place, right time. I saw this film at just the right time in my life and it touched me more than any other film has. it's funny, incredibly well written, subversive, inventive, and supremely acted. I can watch it any time and enjoy it. it's a beautiful, impactful, enjoyable masterpiece.
