Now i have known who Tom Green is for years now, seeing as how he is canadian and all.. but with that aside I have seen a few of his movies like Stealing Harvard and Road trip and always did like them. I knew he used to have a show in the 90's and early 2000's but never really payed any attention to it. It was first featured on a local station in Ottawa Canada before MTV picked up his show. I recently stumbled on some of the skits on youtube.
I must say this show is absoluetly hilarious. Tom Green was one of the first people to really bring street shock comedy into the mainstream. Before Jackass, Before The Ali G Show and before Family Guy there was Tom Green. His outrageous skits and sense of humour really was like any other at the time. Now we see people going around on the streets interviewing people all the time, doing stupid things to get noticed. Tom was one of the first. Heres a video of a skit, to help give an idea of what it is all about.

I like The Tom Green Show, and I do agree, it is the show to thank for bringing shock humor to the public before Jackass and everything. I have a VHS tape of the show as I don't believe it was ever released to DVD. It's a fun, creative little thing, but Tom Green himself can get a bit insufferable.
