Toy Story 3 should win Best Picture. Its the only thing in 2010 Ive really liked. But I dont think so, Inception has been talked about for a while. Itll most likely win.
NP, Ill try and see Jackie Brown, but I have so much other things I want to get to watching I cant see myself watching JB anytime soon.

Yeah, I just got back from seeing it and it is a pretty good movie (but also a little confusing). However, Toy Story 3 remains the best film of the year in my opinion.

Havent seen Inception yet and dont really want too, but have it on Netflix. It will be hard to beat TS3 since it is so beautiful in both the cinematic area and just overall plot of the film.

Why don't you want to see Inception? It's still in theaters, it won't be on Netflix for a long time

Other than Memento, Nolan's films have little appeal. Though, if he's the genius who thought of putting Ginger Snaps' Katherine Isabelle in a scene with Al Pacino, credit where it's due.

It's still in theaters, it won't be on Netflix for a long time Youre gonna hate this, but I dont feel like going to see a near three hour long movie in the theaters when it's not something I truely want to see and it'll be on Dvd a few months later. I hate seeing long movies in the theaters, especially ones I never meant on seeing. This way if Im tired or have something to do I can stop it or pause it. I have nothing against Leo or anything Ill just wait. Plus I hear the Dvd release date is set for December 2010, so I can wait.

It's not near 3 hrs, it's near 2 1/2 hrs. But it looks like your mind is made up, so there's no point in arguing

Depends on the movie. The last 2:20-something hour movie I watched went by in no-tiime.

Same thing. 2 1/2 hrs isn't the same thing as 3 hrs. Also, the pacing of the movie can greatly affect how you long it seems. Seven Samurai is 3 1/2 hrs long, but it's so damn good it goes by in a flash. Inception is the same way. The movie is so interesting and flat out good, the length doesn't really matter. But again, your mind seems to be made up, so no point in trying to convince you.

No point in that either because no cinemas by me are playing Inception. Dont worry, I know Ill get around to seeing it.

I agree Dirk I really hate The Hurt Locker and I never seen Boogie Knights but I really think that movie is a unsung hero and I always liked Burt Renyolds since Smokey and the Bandit!

You should see it. It's really weird, and a little to long, but it's worth seeing. Burt Reynolds is amazing in it, so is Julianne Moore.
