Christopher Lee or Frank Langella. Although I think Horror of Dracula overall sucked as a film and Langella's Dracula strayed a bit much from the "monster" image, they played the character excellently.

I enjoyed 1992's Dracula the most. I've seen that and 1931's Dracula. And that's it.
