I don't know. I'll see if it's on Netflix: Watch Instantly.
. . . Checking . . .
It's not. That means it's going to have to wait. August is a possibility.

How can you call the two sequels of Child's Play awful? The third one maybe, but the second one surpassed the first one. The chase in the toy factory, the funny gags made by Chucky, and some kick ass death scenes were all what made it special. Theres no way you can call CP2 awful. But I will agree, Bride of Chucky was good, but it took it to a more comical level and with one and two they had a creepy level to them.
Also, its not on Netflix but on Youtube in parts, will you consider reviewing The Gingerdead Man, Jack Frost, and Santa's Slay?

If you found Child's Play 2 scary or serious in any way, I applaud you. But, nearly everything about the film (sure, we'll say prior to the doll factory finale, but even there at least one of the earlier flaws rears its' ugly head) is a failure. And not just the "oh, too bad that doesn't work" variety. I'm talking the "WtF?!"-inspiring kind. Immediate negative visceral kneejerk reaction (I should copyright that). Have to finish later (going to a Father's day thing with my old Republican dad - ha, that's how I knew they were wrong ). I don't know if you read it, but I did a half-assed thing on Movies from Hell for Jack Frost. Hard movie to elaborate on: moviesfromhell.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=104&action=display&thread=400As for our opinions... I'm Merlin and you're Arthur. What does Merlin say... ? "I'm a horrible, grouchy old man?!" I'm sure when I finally see Clerks, that'll be the time when I can gush about how right you were. But you have to admit, I didn't know how you felt about Child's Play 2 before I wrote Saturday's entry. So there's no way I could have spared stomping on your opinion there.

Like every opinion I have is ridiculous or just flat out stupid too you. No worries, its fine, I know Im strange. But really, you need to give CP2 another watch because it really is creepy. Not jump out of your seat, grab your girlfriend scary, but an eerie strange feeling is packed with it. Way more so than BOC, even though BOC is a good film.

Man its great you have so much time to do this bro. You are the number one contributor to this forum, I really mean it. I love the BoH and will print the entire thing when done.
Its also funny how you wrote a review for The Lost Boys on June 25, and I watched it June 25th of last year.

I dont believe The Initiation is avaliable on Netflix, how did you see it? I know its in a double feature Drive-Thru set with Mountaintop Motel Massacre. Also, Im not gay, but the guys in Leprechaun 4: In Space were damn good looking. Totally agree.

Also, Im not gay, but the guys in Leprechaun 4: In Space were damn good looking. Totally agree. Almost all the "Drive-In Double Feature"s are out of print... But one of them has managed (or 2 of them, the other is Hellgate / The Pit ... oh, and Return of the Killer Tomatoes / Return to Horror High ... oh, and Elvira, Mistress of the Dark / Transylvania 6-5000 ... but not the one that really matters; Possession / Shock ... and Society / Spontaneous Combustion is gone too but I have the Society single disc so I don't really care) to sorta stay in-print and that is the one you mentioned. Which is the only one I own. Sadly. You can rent Mountaintop Motel Massacre because the single disc is still in-print. That means Anchor Bay still holds the license to distribute that movie on DVD but their time on The Initiation has run out and it probably costs too much to buy it back again to keep the 2000/2001 disc in-print. You can buy the double feature from trustworthy Amazon.com sellers (I recommend Moviemars but be careful for loose discs that get scratched- that happens a lot with Moviemars). But no store would sell it and Netflix won't let you rent it. For people dying to see it who don't want to buy it, that's a shame because it's one of those movies with no hope of ever getting picked up for distribution by another company.

I agree. I dont keep buying from a certain seller. I just buy from whoever has the thing I want, good condition (preferably new), fair to nothing of an asking price, and close to my state.
The Initiation looks pretty good and I think you gave it the short end of the stick. Id still like to buy the "Drive-In Double Feature's" but I just dont have much spending money. Plus I want to watch Mountaintop and see if I like it.

Plus I want to watch Mountaintop and see if I like it. Well, I suppose if all you watch are slasher movies, you might find more to enjoy about the movie. But I'm good at finding things and I found everything there was to find in this movie. Good and bad. No sticks were short-ended. If anything, I was too kind.

I really loved T2. I love the pacing and the nice environmental scenes and breathtaking visuals of the country. Gartin I believe was a good actor. He had to be a little obnoxious because if you remember the first movie, Val (Kevin Bacon) was an obnoxious character at points but evolved to be a serious man. Same with Grady in this one. I loved T2 and its undoubtedly, my favorite Tremors movie. Mock me all you want, whats left to anyway, but this was my favorite.
Not to correct, but the film came out in 1996, making it six years since the original film. I would change it, but I feel the author of his post should change it. Especially since I would hate to ruin the flow of the review. You make great points, but I must disagree.
